Agile Coach / Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You help and inspire the product teams to find an optimal way of working and to continuously improve.
  • You help and motivate the product teams to improve their communication skills, build trust and work together effectively.
  • You support the teams to become more successful and efficient.
  • You define and monitor team-related KPIs and drive their continuous improvement by considering aspects such as: output, quality of results, individual well-being, team satisfaction and others.
  • You translate actions from the retro into concrete tasks/small projects and lead their execution.
  • If your personal toolbox is good enough and you enjoy developing and adding value in this area, you can help designing and facilitating different workshops and offsites as part of the People & Organisation team.
Your profile:
  • You have a sound knowledge of various agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban, Less, etc.).
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in working with agile methods.
  • You firmly believe in the power of numbers and in convincing people with data.
  • You know the difference between the good, the bad and the evil metrics.
  • You are open-minded, empathetic and able to build trust.
  • You are proactive and have a focus on getting things done.
  • You have the ability to deal with and connect different stakeholders.
  • You are able to work with multiple product teams simultaneously. 
  • You have a basic technical understanding or are at least interested in acquiring it.
  • You have a sound knowledge of agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, TeamRetro, etc.), as well as the ability to introduce and set up such tools on a project-specific basis.
  • Knowledge of or interest in modern theories of organisational development such as Frederic Laloux's "Reinventing organisations" or Holacracy is an advantage.
