API Developer (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You will design & develop the APIs for our global insurance platform.
  • You identify necessary extensions of our APIs and specify appropriate requirements together with our business analysts.
  • You contribute to integration projects targeting the API-based integration of the systems of our customers with our cloud-based platform.
  • You conduct feedback loops on the developer experience of our APIs and continuously improve the overall experience.
  • You contribute to our industry-wide and global standardization initiatives to shape the future API for insurance.
  • You support our presales teams within as API evangelist.
  • You establish strong relationships with different development teams.
Your profile:
  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or comparable skill-set (proven by related project references).
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a software engineer within highly distributed system architectures.
  • You are equipped with profound knowledge of software engineering and API design & development.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge and experience with cloud platform(s) and CI/CD-driven development approaches.
  • You are used to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Ideally, you have experience within the financial industry.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills complete your profile.
