Contract & Procurement Manager (m/f/d) - Focus on the European market
Your tasks:
  • You control and process procedures for the completion of work-, and service contracts. 
  • You coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • You work on individual-, and framework contracts and carry out clarifications with stakeholders (consumers, legal & compliance, strategic procurement, finance, etc.) in a self-organized manner. 
  • You review contracts and process-relevant documents according to our formal and legal criteria (in connection with legal training and operationally in cooperation with legal colleagues in the team).
  • You ensure internal and legal compliance requirements (service provider screening, AÜG law, bogus self-employment, surcharges, travel, etc.).
  • You coach participants in procedural, formal and legal issues.
  • You obtain case-related relevant approvals (consumer, legal & compliance, strategic procurement, finance, HR, data protection, etc.).
  • You coordinate with providers and support strategic procurement.
  • You are responsible for the controlling and reporting of the individual providers and the overall development. 
Your profile:
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience and good knowledge in contract management.
  • You convince through your communicative, lively and service-oriented manner. 
  • Your working method is solution-oriented, careful and diligent. 
  • You feel comfortable as a team player with responsibility. 
  • You feel attracted by the mix of routine tasks and new challenges.
  • You are able to cope with changing workloads and independent prioritization and can take topics into your own hands.
  • You have experience with MS-Office, especially Excel.
  • Previous knowledge of IT purchasing or supplier cooperation is an advantage.
  • You speak German and English fluently.
