Contract- and Procurement-Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for controlling the entire team's time recording and thus ensuring the basis for a correct budget and billing process.
  • You check the incoming and outgoing invoices against the data documented by our project staff.
  • You determine the current budget volume of our customer projects. 
  • You are involved in the data preparation for the planning and consumption of our projects and services.
  • As an interface between contract management, purchasing, and our venture, you determine the individual teams' needs and initiate the preparation of contracts with our providers (external service providers) through to approval.
  • You are the central contact person for all questions concerning planning, budgeting, and controlling our projects.
Your profile:
  • You have a degree in business administration, economics, or computer science or have completed your business administrator training.
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • You are very experienced in using MS-Office products and databases.
  • You enjoy independently designing and optimizing processes.
  • You think analytically and have a strong understanding of numbers.
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English. 
  • Your proactive, independent, and reliable way of working, coupled with your assertive communication and team skills, round off your profile and make you the ideal candidate for Syncier.
