Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You assist in the implementation of Syncier Cloud products and services for our clients.
  • You act as a central point of contact for our customers.
  • You accompany clients from the initial interest stage until the end of the client project.
  • You take over the project management on the Syncier Cloud side, if required.
  • You act as an interface between the customer and our internal engineering-, and business team.
  • You support the creation of proof of concepts and pilot implementations. 
Your profile:
  • You are passionate about cloud technology and are willing to deal with technical topics.
  • You have a proven track record in consulting and/or in sales of cloud technology.               
  • You are experienced in handling challenging customer projects (both waterfall and agile).        
  • You feel comfortable communicating at all hierarchical levels.
  • You have a relevant university STEM education, speak fluent English and can communicate effectively in a team.
  • You are willing to travel regularly within the DACH region (depending on whether you need to be on site with the client).
