Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You are the interface between the customer and our internal team.
  • You serve as customer support (initial analysis/troubleshooting and testing support solutions).
  • You serve as an advocate for the customer and strive for customer satisfaction.
  • You support the pitch and sales process (preparation and demo), as well as onboarding of partners/customers to our products and services, from a technical perspective.
  • You work together with our partners/customers and the product owner/business team to offer innovative solutions.
  • You are a part of cross-functional teams in the implementation of processes and their improvements, with a focus on customer success.
  • You create, manage, and maintain the customer support process for our various projects/products.
  • You lead the postmortem culture in order to enable learning from failure and share the knowledge across the entire engineering team.
Your profile:
  • You have relevant STEM training, work experience, or university-level education.
  • You have strong knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, or are passionate about technology and are willing to dig into technical topics.
  • You have experience with technical support in the B2B software sector.
  • You have experience with technical consulting and/or sales.
  • You are experienced in relationships with various types of business, from startups to long-established companies.
  • You are comfortable in communicating with and acting as a liaison between different parties (business team, development team, venture head, customer).
  • You are fluent in English (B2) and German (C1).
