HR Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You take over the recruiting of specialists and executives.
  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process - from the creation of job advertisements to the conclusion of contracts.
  • You advise and support our HR processes (labor law issues, health or talent management, succession planning, etc.).
  • You advise colleagues on complex topics such as career opportunities.
  • You are responsible for all HR topics in cooperation with the Syncier team.
  • You accompany specialists and executives in their overlapping cooperation with the interfaces to the individual ventures.
Your profile:
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist and a study background in business/legal sciences, (business) psychology and/or several years of, ideally international, professional experience.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of labor law and extensive experience in HR development as well as change management.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the IT industry.
  • You are characterized by your precise working methods and your strength in the administrative area.
  • You are confident, have strong coordination and communication skills, are flexible and have the ability, and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile and make you the ideal candidate for Syncier.
