Invoicing Expert (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for the operational support of invoicing, its verification and quality assurance in cooperation with the business units.
  • You will check outgoing invoices for VAT correctness.
  • You enter incoming invoices in the accounting system and prepare the correct posting. 
  • You analyze non-invoiced services and check the receivables.
  • You provide analyses and additional information in connection with the invoicing process. 
  • You interact with suppliers and with our internal and external customers.
  • You will be involved in interdepartmental projects and will be responsible for the independent planning and execution of projects in the billing context
  • You have the operational responsibility for the project management tool HARVEST.
Your profile:
  • You have a completed apprenticeship with a focus on business or tax area.
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable occupation.
  • You are experienced in working with MS-Office products and databases and enjoy independently designing and optimizing processes.
  • You think analytically and have a distinct understanding of numbers.
  • You possess very good written and spoken German and English skills. 
  • Your proactive, independent and reliable way of working combined with your strong communication skills and teamwork spirit make you the ideal candidate for Syncier.
