IT Solution Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You design and implement our IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
  • You drive the expansion of our digital workplace infrastructure and automate workplace-related IT processes.
  • You conduct regular system audits, taking into account IT Security and compliance requirements.
  • You manage accounts and integrate our workplace and collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, IT Service Desk, Atlassian tool suite, Github, Slack, Miro, ...).
  • You support the management of our employee devices (macOS, Windows, linux, iOS, Android), including ordering, inventory and maintenance processes.
  • As a member of the service desk team, you are a competent contact person for technical problems of our employees.
  • Oversee management of hardware and peripherals inventory including purchase and acting as 1st level support with repair, replace.
  • Participate in vendor contract negotiations to procure hardware.
Your profile:
  • You have a high affinity for IT and are enthusiastic about the use of digital tools for collaboration.
  • You have successfully completed a relevant degree - e.g. (business) informatics - or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration (or comparable).
  • Ideally, you have some experience in the administration of heterogeneous system landscapes (e.g. Microsoft Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune).
  • You are reliable, work independently, like to take responsibility and are very helpful, especially with technical problems.
  • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages is an advantage.
  • Good written and spoken English and German round off your profile and make you the ideal candidate for Syncier.
