Are you ready to take up this challenge and write a new chapter in digitization with us? Your role & responsibilities include managing the IT infrastructure of hard-/software as well as adapting it to new challenges. For our headquarters in Munich we are looking for a


IT System Engineer / Specialist (m/f/d) System Administration
Your tasks:
  • You plan, expand and enable the operation of our infrastructure at the workplace (including virtualization, backup, control, internet connection, VPN).
  • You plan, integrate and manage the work environment and collaborative applications (including GSuite, Atlassian, in-house developments, etc.), according to information security and compliance regulations.
  • You establish automated service management processes for our work environment solutions.
  • You will be responsible for the management of company equipment, including ordering, inventory and maintenance processes. 
  • You support us with level 3 and extraordinary incidents.
Your profile:
  • You have a completed apprenticeship / degree in the field of IT or comparable knowledge. 
  • You have very good knowledge of iOS & Windows.
  • You have experience in the management of IT infrastructures of hardware and software and have good knowledge of the GSuite administration.
  • You are well versed in the support of Windows and Mac devices. 
  • You are able to help us with necessary IT requirements for project support.
  • You already have experience with code languages and automated tools and ideally have experience in IT troubleshooting.
  • Good German and English language skills complete your profile and make you the ideal candidate for Syncier.
