Office Assistant (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations, including administration and ordering of materials.
  • You will support our employees in the allocation of keys and room organization.
  • You will act as a local contact person for our new employees during their start at Syncier and will look after guests on site.
  • You take care of the internal mail distribution.
  • You support the management in organizational matters. 
  • You are responsible for appointment management and updating the calendars. 
  • You take care of the travel management. You organize business trips and are responsible for travel bookings. 
  • You carry out the expense reports conscientiously.
Your profile:
  • You already have professional experience in a comparable position.
  • You have profound experience in using GSuite and Microsoft Office.
  • You are an organizational talent and work independently, reliably and responsibly.
  • You communicate with internal colleagues and external stakeholders in a goal-oriented manner. 
  • Very good German and good English skills complete your profile and make you the ideal candidate for Syncier.
