Syncier is a new company that Allianz founded in 2018 to offer all insurance companies a cloud-based management platform for their insurance contracts.

Sales Manager (m/w/d)
Your tasks:
  • You identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers.
  • You have contact with the right people in a client organization and are skilled at maintaining that contact.
  • You meet clients in person or on the phone
  • You understand your clients' needs and can respond effectively to their needs with a plan.
  • You think strategically - you can see the big picture, set goals and objectives to develop and improve the business.
  • You actively work on client contracts.
  • You have a good understanding of the company's products or services and can advise others. 
  • You will ensure that staff across the organization are on board and understand the need for change and what is required of them.
  • You participate in seminars, conferences, and events as a speaker where appropriate.
  • You keep up to date with trends and changes in the insurance world.
Your profile:
  • You have more than 4 years of sales management experience and a proven track record with strategic clients in the insurance industry.
  • Your strength is your ability to think strategically and drive transformative sales programs.
  • You impress with your intercultural awareness and experience.
  • You can deal with a fast-changing environment and lead change where required.
  • You can work on projects in a flat organization.
  • You have strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good language skills in German and English complete your profile and make you the ideal candidate for Syncier.
