Senior Contract Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You support our Procurement team in the contract management function.
  • You are responsible for supporting our ventures in the procurement and sales of services and products, thus creating the basis for their correct contracting.
  • You create, negotiate and update the incoming and outgoing (framework) contracts, continuously take care of their completeness and standardization, and support our ventures in case of questions in the context of the arrangements.
  • You work in our team on all contractual issues related to the procurement and sales process.
Your profile:
  • You have a university degree in law, natural sciences, or business administration supplemented by a legal qualification.
  • You have at least seven years of professional experience in IT services and software procurement, ideally for the insurance or banking industry.
  • You can demonstrate certification as a Contract or Supplier Relationship Manager (e.g., IACCM CCM or SRM Advanced Practitioner) or equivalent experience, such as negotiating large IT contracts.
  • You think analytically, are articulate, and have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English.
  • You enjoy independently designing and optimizing processes.
  • You are open-minded, communicative, and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are very experienced in using MS-Office products and G-Suite.
  • You demonstrate a high affinity for IT and are enthusiastic about using digital tools for collaboration.
  • You can support us full-time.
