Software Engineer (m/f/d) in the area of insurance engineering / cloud
Your tasks:
  • You develop concepts regarding cloud services with professional use of modern technologies (Dockerimages, Openshift, Grafana, etc.), implement them and are responsible for their operation.
  • You are responsible for the development and establishment of the interface between the cloud services and the existing computing cores.
  • You will provide cross-service framework components, develop them further and are also responsible for their operation.
  • You will set up development and test processes and supervise these processes.
  • You will advise and support users in the specialist areas in operational and strategic challenges.
  • You will work responsibly and with commitment in, partly international, projects.
Your profile:
  • You have a degree in computer science, mathematics or comparable knowledge.
  • You are proficient in various programming techniques and have experience with programming in Java including development environments.
  • You show willingness to keep up to date with the latest developments through further training and ideally, you have knowledge in the current cloud technologies. 
  • You are characterized by a distinctive ability to quickly grasp, analyze and precisely formulate complex issues, combined with a strong solution orientation.
  • In addition, your personal appearance is convincing, you are strong in communication and a real team player with a high degree of social competence.
  • Your willingness to travel to work closely with clients, as well as very good English skills make you the ideal candidate for Syncier.
