Team Lead Architect Infrastructure Engineering (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining the cloud infrastructure and services required for delivering internal and externally consumed products.
  • You provide centralized logging / monitoring, VPN, proxy and other shared service solutions to the other teams and customers.
  • You are responsible to plan and coordinate upgrades and maintenance of these systems minimizing customer impact.
  • You are responsible that the service availability and performance KPI’s are maintained for all managed service offerings.
  • You are the 2nd line support responsible for incident and problem management for tickets coming from Service Desk.
  • You ensure that your services are deployed in a manner compliant with ISO, compliance and architecture requirements.
  • You participate in customer projects and provide workforce to the Service Desk.
  • As Team Lead you are in charge of the teams work intake and distribution and facilitate and coordinate team communication, collaboration and prioritization of work.
Your profile:
  • You are experienced in organizing and leading a team of DevOps engineers.
  • You have experience in Scrum / Kanban.
  • You are an expert in infrastructure automation with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • You are experienced writing deployment and configuration pipelines with Azure Devops, Jenkins or other tools.
  • You have expert knowledge of Keycloak, Active Directory and OpenLdap. 
  • You are experienced with AWS or Azure and managing Kubernetes clusters (e.g. kops / kubespray).
  • You are equipped with excellent scripting and automation skills.
  • You have experience with ELK stack and an excellent attitude towards technical documentation.
  • Experience with Fortigate, paloalto or other firewall appliances is a plus.
  • You have fluent written and spoken English skills. German skills are of advantage.
