Technical Account Manager / Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
  • The focus of this position is to be a single point of contact for Syncier Cloud customers, driving and advocating initiatives that deliver higher stability and better customer satisfaction.
  • You are responsible for the account management for existing customers.
  • You update customers on a regular basis about progress of work on support cases, incidents, and feature requests.
  • You conduct regular review meetings providing updates on run rates, key projects, and planned activities for the next period.
  • You identify revenue opportunities and partner with the sales team to recommend paid services, licenses, training, and additional products to meet current needs and future growth.
  • You manage new customer onboarding projects.
  • You develop strategic relationships with our customers.
  • You support the pre-sales process for our sales team.
Your profile:
  • You are self-motivated with a proven record of accomplishment in project management and technical account management.
  • You have excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills as well as the ability to interact and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including C-level.
  • You understand the architecture for Cloud Platform solutions.
  • You are equipped with the ability to read technical documents in English as well as basic technical writing skills in English.
  • You have already gained pre-sales or sales experience.
  • Ideally, you have expert knowledge in at least one technical area (Kubernetes, AWS or Azure )
  • Ideally, you are experienced in ITIL-Service Management, have experience as Service Delivery Manager or Consultant.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German skills complete your profile and make you the ideal candidate for Syncier.
