Your tasks:

You support the daily business with user, hardware, and software management.
You act as a contact person for our international teams in the classic 1st level support, e.g., employee support regarding IT problems or questions.
You are involved in the design of the technical planning and equipment at our new headquarters in Munich.
You plan, operate, maintain, and improve our existing systems and services.

Your profile:

You have a high school diploma or (specialized) A-Levels (even a dropped-out study is not a knock-out criterion).
You like to work systematically and think outside the box.
You are a good communicator and team player with a customer-oriented approach.
You are curious, willing to learn and look forward to new challenges.
Good command of written and spoken German and English round off your profile and make you the ideal candidate for Syncier.
