working student business analyst (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
  • You liaise with Product Owners and the Development team directly to clarify requirements and gain an understanding of business processes.
  • You will build up a knowledge library for our product as well as functional documentation.
  • You collect, migrate and deduplicate requirements from existing JIRA tickets into a single form.
  • You review existing documentation, identify missing information and areas for improvement, and liaise with the team to determine correct information.
  • You write clear and concise business requirements in English, including diagrams where possible.
  • You drive a new format and hierarchy for business requirements documentation in confluence.
  • You review existing BPMN diagrams, ensuring processes meet existing requirements.
Your profile:
  • You are in your bachelor's or master's degree program in a business information systems, computer science or a technical degree program with an IT background related field.
  • You have fluent written and spoken communication in English and German.
  • You have already worked with Jira and Confluence.
  • You have a passion for understanding complex business requirements and expressing them in clear and easy to understand ways.
  • You have an interesting in learning BPMN and Camunda.
  • You are characterized by your problem solving skills, creativity, drive and motivation to learn new things.
  • You work in a team-oriented manner.
  • You have a high degree of reliability, conscientiousness, initiative and independence.
  • You have experience with MS-Office and Google Workspace.
  • You have at least B2-level German language skills.
