Seitz joins Syncier’s management team

Ralph Seitz took up his new post of managing director at Syncier GmbH on May 1, 2020. 

The managing director of the company, Andreas Nolte, sees Seitz’s arrival as the ideal appointment to implement further developments at Syncier GmbH: “Seitz is a visionary in insurance innovation. He is a proven expert in the Allianz Business Systems (ABS) and he also has excellent connections in the insurance and pension funds markets. Moreover, he understands the technical and regulatory requirements of the market.” 

Seitz comments, “The insurance industry is at an exciting turning point in its history, in which information technologies are playing a key role. SaaS-based insurance platforms in particular are beginning to drive product innovation and are an essential component for optimizing customer interfaces. I am looking forward, in my new position, to driving innovation in the insurance industry.”

With a doctorate in business administration and specializing in business information systems, Seitz began his professional career in 1995 at Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG. From 2011, he was a divisional director of business organization at Allianz Deutschland AG. In 2015, he was appointed to the Executive Board of the holding company Versicherungskammer Bayern where most recently he was responsible for the life insurance division.

Dating from their time at Allianz, Nolte and Seitz are considered to work like a well-oiled machine. This newly formed management wants to develop Syncier GmbH into the leading provider of insurance platforms and consistently expand the business model in the direction of digital and professional services.
